ChoiceLiquor is an online luxury spirits retail store owned and operated by Westend Redistribution, registered in Nigeria. Our store is located at Shop C018, Niger 1 Plaza, BBA, Trade Fair International Complex, Lagos. By accessing our website at choiceliquor.ng or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages from ChoiceLiquor. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under the legal drinking age.
All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) or Ghana Cedis (GH₵) depending on your selected currency. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email with your CL reference number. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
We accept payments via Paystack and Flutterwave, supporting local and international debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All transactions are encrypted and secured. ChoiceLiquor does not store your card details. Delivery fees are not included in the checkout total and will be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
We offer scheduled doorstep delivery across Nigeria and Click & Collect from our Trade Fair Complex store. Delivery slots are subject to availability. Delivery fees vary by location and will be communicated after order placement. ChoiceLiquor is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, weather, or logistics partner disruptions.
We accept returns of damaged or incorrectly supplied products within 24 hours of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp on +234 803 308 6276 with your CL reference number and photos of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

ChoiceLiquor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our website or services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
